We have four different event venues on offer at Kelvin Corner with varying capacities depending on the type of event you are interested in hosting.
Cafe / Bar Event Space | 110 m²

Includes all three event spaces listed above, the cafe space, gallery space and rooftop.

Our venue rates include the following:
We offer half day and full day rental options on our main event spaces - the cafe, function room, and rooftop. While our meeting room is available at an hourly rental, as well as half and full day options.
Refundable Breakage Deposit - R 2,000.00
External Caterer Fee - R 2,000.00
Surcharge after 22:00 (up to midnight) - R 1,500 per hour
Waiters (Hourly per Waiter) - R 120.00
Barmen (Hourly per Barmen) Charged based on PAX - R 120.00
Pre-Event Half Clearance Fee - R 2,000.00
Pre-Event Full Clearance Fee - R 3,500.00
*Minimum 1 waiter per event/Charged based on PAX

Yes, we require a 50% deposit of venue rental amount to secure your booking date, as well as a signed copy of our venue Terms & Conditions.
The balance needs to be settled 14 days prior to the event.
Any additional outstanding payments need to be settled at least 7 days prior to your event.
